1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mint Tree ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mint Tree. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before participating in any offers or withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person is limited to one account. Multiple accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

4. Earning and Rewards

Chips are earned by completing offers, daily bonuses, quests, and referrals. The exchange rate is approximately 1,000 chips = $1.00 USD. Mint Tree reserves the right to modify reward amounts, offer availability, and exchange rates at any time. Fraudulent activity including but not limited to fake offer completions, multiple accounts, or bot usage will result in immediate account termination.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days. Mint Tree reserves the right to review and delay withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Referral Program

Users earn 10% of their referrals' earnings. Self-referrals and referral manipulation are prohibited. Mint Tree may modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mint Tree is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Third-party offers are provided by external partners and are subject to their own terms.
